Complaints & Content Removal Policy
Last updated June 25, 2026
Toecial is committed to maintaining a safe and lawful platform. This policy describes how to submit a complaint about content or conduct on the platform, how we investigate complaints, and how any person depicted in content may request its removal.
1) How to submit a complaint
To report potentially illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content, or any other policy violation, contact us by email:
TCL Express LLC (dba Toecial)Email: legal@toecial.com

Please include in your complaint: your name and contact information, a description of the content or conduct at issue (including a URL or other identifying information where possible), and the nature of your concern.
2) How we handle complaints
All complaints are reviewed by our team. Our process is as follows:
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint promptly.
- Review: We investigate the content or conduct reported, which may include reviewing the content, verifying consent and age-verification records, and consulting relevant documentation.
- Decision: Based on our investigation, we will determine whether the content or conduct violates our policies or applicable law.
- Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 business days of receipt. Where circumstances require additional time, we will communicate a revised timeline.
- Outcome notification: We will communicate the outcome of our investigation to the complainant at the email address provided.
3) Possible outcomes
Depending on the findings of our investigation, one or more of the following actions may be taken:
- No action (if the content is found to comply with all applicable policies and law).
- Content restriction (limiting who can access the content pending further review).
- Content removal.
- Account suspension or termination.
- Referral to law enforcement where the content may constitute a criminal offense.
4) Appeals
Any party affected by a decision under this policy may appeal by sending a written appeal to legal@toecial.com within 30 days of receiving the decision. Your appeal should include the original complaint reference, the decision you are appealing, and the reasons you believe the decision was incorrect.
We will review your appeal and respond within 7 business days. If the appeal cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the parties involved, the dispute may be referred to a neutral third party at our expense for an independent determination.
5) Content removal by depicted persons
Any person depicted in content on Toecial may request removal of that content at any time, regardless of whether they are a registered user of the platform. To request removal:
- Send an email to legal@toecial.com with the subject line "Content Removal Request."
- Identify the specific content you wish to have removed (URL, screenshot, or other identifying information).
- Explain the basis for your removal request (for example: you did not consent to the content being published, your consent has been withdrawn, the content was posted without your knowledge, or you believe your depiction was obtained unlawfully).
We will review all removal requests promptly. Where our investigation determines that the content was posted without the consent of a depicted person, or that consent was not freely given or has since been withdrawn, the content will be removed. Where we determine that the removal request is not supported by our investigation, we will explain our reasoning and the appeals process described in Section 4 above will apply.
Disagreements regarding a content removal decision may be resolved by a neutral third party at our expense.
