Zero Tolerance Policy
Toecial has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of any person, particularly minors. We are committed to combating human trafficking in all its forms, including sex trafficking and labor trafficking.
We do not knowingly permit, facilitate, or allow content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts human trafficking or the exploitation of any individual on our platform. Any such content, accounts, or activity discovered on Toecial will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Prohibited Content and Activity
The following are strictly prohibited on Toecial:
- Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating sex trafficking or labor trafficking.
- Any content depicting minors in a sexual manner (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes or simulates the sexual abuse of a minor.
- Any content depicting non-consensual sexual activity, including depictions presented as non-consensual even if described as fantasy.
- Any content that recruits, lures, or coerces individuals into trafficking situations.
- Any advertisements, solicitations, or coded language related to human trafficking or the exchange of sex for money, goods, or services.
- Any activity that exploits, coerces, threatens, or defrauds artists or users of this platform, including without limitation forced labor or financial control by a third party.
Content and Identity Verification Requirements
Toecial requires all content creators (artists) to complete government-document-based identity verification before any content they upload becomes publicly accessible. The following requirements apply to all content on the platform:
- Age and identity verification: All artists must complete automated document-based verification via our third-party provider (Didit, didit.me) confirming they are 18 years of age or older before content publishing access is granted.
- Documented consent: By uploading content, artists affirm that every person depicted in that content is 18 years of age or older at the time of creation, has provided written consent to be depicted, and has consented to public distribution of that content including the possibility of downloading.
- Pre-screening and monitoring: All uploaded content is subject to review. We proactively monitor for prohibited content using automated and manual processes, and we respond to reports of potentially illegal or non-consensual content.
- Record-keeping: Identity verification records, consent records, and content records are retained in encrypted form for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by 18 U.S.C. ยง 2257 and applicable law.
Reporting and Takedown Procedures
If you believe you have encountered content or activity on Toecial that may involve human trafficking, exploitation of a minor, or non-consensual content, please report it immediately through any of the following channels:

All complaints are reviewed promptly. Where an investigation determines that content was posted without the consent of a depicted person, or that consent has been withdrawn, the content will be removed. Any person depicted in content on the platform may request removal by submitting a complaint as described above or through our Complaints & Content Removal Policy. Disputes regarding removal decisions may be escalated to a neutral third party at our expense.
Consequences of Violation
Violations of this policy will result in one or more of the following actions:
- Immediate removal of the violating content from the platform.
- Temporary or permanent suspension of the violating account.
- Reporting of the violation and any associated identifying information to applicable law enforcement agencies, including but not limited to the FBI, Homeland Security Investigations, and NCMEC.
- Referral for civil or criminal prosecution where warranted.
Artist Protections
Toecial is committed to ensuring that all artists who use our platform do so freely and voluntarily. We encourage all artists to familiarize themselves with their rights and to report any situation where they feel coerced, threatened, or exploited.
Artists retain full control over their content, including the ability to remove content and close their accounts at any time. We do not facilitate third-party control over artist accounts or earnings.
Compliance
Toecial complies with the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), the FOSTA-SESTA law, and all other applicable federal and state laws related to human trafficking and online platforms.
